SMG Theatre Ministry Rehearsal

Friday, February 9, 2024, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PMWe are a parish ministry which brings fast paced, upbeat talent shows and prayer warriors to area elder care facilities. Our shows are written and produced to generate smiles, audience interaction and fun for the residents. We give out prizes, occasional refreshments and encourage audience participation. We offer to pray with them or for them after every show.
The SMG Theatre Ministry is continually trying to grow our troupe of performers so that we can provide shows to more facilities. We take performers of any age: singers, dancers, magicians, musicians, comedians, even jugglers. We always need adult, safe-and sacred certified volunteers to help with a variety of needs. We need prayer warriors as well.
The time commitment to volunteer with us is minimal. We typically hold only one rehearsal before each show.
Shows are on Saturdays, typically at 1:30 or 2:00 p.m. Rehearsals are usually the Friday before a show. Please contact the ministry coordinator, Lou Ann Kelly Behan, at [email protected]
