SoulCore is an integrative body, mind and soul experience combining core strengthening and stretching. With candlelight, music, scripture, reflections, and movement, we seek to nourish mind, body, and soul and encourage deeper meditation on the mysteries and virtues of the rosary. SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced. SoulCore is an invitation to integrate body and soul in prayer. Join us!
