All parishioners 55 and older are Silver Angels!

The Silver Angels Mission is threefold: to socialize, enhance spirituality and to serve the Lord and parish community.

This ministry meets monthly on a Friday morning during the school year following 8am Mass (see church bulletin for details). Our meetings begin with coffee, doughnuts and time to socialize. Speakers provide insight and enjoyment. We take part in a variety of social events including complimentary Civic Theatre performances.

In Christ centered outreach, we create blessed prayer blankets, benefitting recipients through group and individual prayer. We pray. Specifically for each of our SMG staff members and the fruitfulness of their prayer.

Talents gained through varied experiences allow us to connect with all ages of our community confirming for our youth the joy of maturing in our Catholic faith and lives. Show and share your love and faith as your choose to participate in all or some as you are inclined and able.

In addition to, or instead of the Friday meeting, enjoy with us the energy of Youth Ministries. Work alongside HOPE and TRUTH for Kids Who Care, with our school families at the Fall Festival craft table, or dance in the gym with the 8th grade students after our Advent Party. Another evening event, which allows those 55 and older who may not be available in the morning to participate, is our summer picnic.
